Fantastic and fast. Helped us the same day we had our house fire and found a very nice near by temporary home. While we never want to think of these situations happening, let alone to us, it's amazing that such wonderful and knowledgeable people are out there for these very reasons. Amazing service and quick response. They were able to find a great home near ours while it was being rebuilt due to a fire. Desmon and Yevette did a fantastic job when we needed housing after our house fire.  They went above and beyond, showing us a number of houses (after regular work hours) until we found one that matched our needs.   They made a tough situation much more tolerable. Our house burned down in November and we needed a place to live.  Alex from Disaster Services was our hero.  He immediately got us into a hotel that accepted pets while looking for a more permanent location until our house was rebuilt.  His interest was to get us into a comparable home like ours on the water and to furnish it with what we needed.  Alex sent us so many choices so close to our old neighborhood but in the end we decided on an apartment. In June 2024 our home burned to the ground.  We lost everything!  I had no idea where to turn and how to get my life back together.  I had my family of 6 to care for and get a roof over their heads.  We were going from hotel to hotel and in desperate need of long term housing. One phone call with disaster services was all it took.  The moment Alex told me he can search for housing and even take care of all the paperwork brought so much relief I started to cry.  It was one thing I Off my to-do list.  Within a couple days he had rental furniture in the house and we finally had the creature comforts of temporary housing. Used them as my ALE provider after my house suffered a bad smoke loss. They got me a great apartment, furnished it, worked smoothly with my public adjuster, and handled all the paperwork. I had a great experience and would use them again if I have another insurance loss.
